Do you help with migration?
Yes — our team helps bring across your item list, customers, suppliers and opening balances from your current system or a spreadsheet.
Is payroll a separate add-on?
No — payroll runs natively inside i-TaviPOS, included in the Growth and Multi-Branch plans. If you also want full HR record-keeping, leave management or recruitment, i-Tavi Pay's separate HRM product can run alongside it, but it isn't required for payroll to work.
Is pricing different for accounting firms?
Yes — if you're managing books for multiple client businesses, ask us about our multi-entity pricing.
