Payroll that starts from the same numbers as the till.
Pay runs, payslips and statutory deductions, calculated natively inside i-TaviPOS — built on the same payroll engine as i-Tavi Pay, with cashier hours and sales-linked commission flowing straight in from the till. Payroll only: no HR records, leave management or recruitment bolted on.
i-TaviPOS handles payroll processing itself, powered by the same engine behind i-Tavi Pay — so a pay run starts from the same employee, shift and sales data as the till, not a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds every fortnight. This module is deliberately scoped to payroll: running pay, calculating statutory deductions, and paying people correctly. Businesses that also want full HR record-keeping, leave workflows or recruitment can run i-Tavi Pay's separate HRM product alongside it — that's a different job, and we haven't bundled it in here.

Gross-to-net pay runs
Run payroll for any pay group and frequency, with statutory deductions calculated automatically for every employee.
PAYE, FNPF, FNU & ACC
Consolidated PAYE bands, FNPF employee/employer contributions, FNU Training Levy and ACC liability — calculated per worker per period.
Shift hours from the till
Cashier and staff shift data recorded in i-TaviPOS feeds straight into timesheets for the pay run — no re-keying hours by hand.
Sales-linked commission
Where a role earns commission or incentives on sales, i-TaviPOS sales data flows directly into the relevant pay run.
Payslips & bank files
Branded PDF payslips and one-click direct-credit bank files, generated the moment a pay run is approved.
One employee record
Staff set up once are available in i-TaviPOS as cashiers and in payroll for pay runs — no duplicate data entry.
