Full role-based access control (RBAC)
Every screen and action is scoped to a role — cashier, supervisor, bookkeeper, owner — down to individual permissions. Staff can only ever do what their role allows.
Segregation of duties
The person who processes a sale isn't the person who can approve a refund, and the person who counts stock isn't the person who adjusts it — enforced by the system, not a policy nobody reads.
Void & discount approval thresholds
Discounts, voids and refunds above a threshold you set require a second, different login to approve — logged against both users, every time.
Immutable, tamper-evident audit log
Every create, update and void is timestamped, attributed to a user and device, and kept as a permanent, read-only record — including for admins.
Exception & variance reporting
Unusual patterns — repeated voids by one cashier, discounts clustered before shift end, stock adjustments with no reason code — surface as reports management can act on.
Cashier PIN, session binding & lockout
Individual cashier PINs at the till, sessions bound to a device, and automatic lockout after repeated failed attempts.
Sequential, gap-free numbering
Invoices, receipts and credit notes are numbered sequentially with no way to delete or renumber a transaction out of the sequence.
Encrypted data & tenant isolation
Data encrypted at rest and in transit, with your business fully isolated from every other business on the platform.
